here she is... our new pattern for august stitch club!

i designed this one based on those floral stoneware dishes from the 70's and 80's. do you remember those?
if your family didn't have a set, your best friends' family probably did.

i used a mix of warm vintage colors for this, and i included plenty of floss in case you want to fill in some areas.

i've started mine with the blue [2 strands]:
- back stitch and satin for the stems.
- the centers of the star-shaped flowers are also blue, star stitch.
- and those big textured flower centers are just teeny tiny intersecting rows of back stitches.
