a little late, but it's here! the october stitch club design, folk tails.
i hope you love these sweet little pups. i think this will be a quick and fun project to stitch up.
to start, i've used the dark green floss [back stitch/2 strands] and the light green floss here. the light green is mostly [back/2] but i also used some satin stitch [2 strands] for the scallops on the collars and the heart shapes inside the leaves in the center.

for the example piece, i used DMC floss #223, 520, 780, 834, 3052, 3802, 3809

- flower stems + leaf outlines [ back / 2 ]
- flower petal outlines [ back / 2 ]
- heart leaves (center) [ satin / 2 ]
- small yellow flowers [ satin / 2 ]
- dogs outlines [ back / 2 ]
- dogs flowers [ satin / 2 ]
- dogs dots [ colonial knots / 2 ]
- dogs nose + scalloped collar [ satin / 2 ]
- dogs tails [ fern / 2 ]
- dogs belly [ running / 2 ]
