my embroidery kits are SEVEN years old! that's right. i began making and selling them in 2015.

my kit line has grown from a small collection of 4 designs in 2015 to 72 designs today, in 2022, and i typically add 13-15 new designs each year.

they've always contained the 100% cotton pre-printed fabric pattern, needle, DMC floss, wooden hoop, and some helpful hints and how-to's for getting started, learning stitches, and more.

over the years i've improved them in so many small-but-mighty ways:

• higher quality fabric
• floss that comes threaded on an organized card (and more color variety!)
• individually packaged needles (no more tape residue)
• more comprehensive how-to guides
• sturdier, recyclable boxes for shipping (no more squashed kits)
• less plastic (yay, no more bubble wrap!)
• flat $3 shipping for domestic orders

and over the years, behind the scenes, there have also been multiple price increases for supplies (floss, needles, hoops, all paper products - basically every component of the kits has increased in price several times) and for shipping (USPS has increased their prices seven times since 2015).

SO, i've been crunching numbers and putting this off for way longer than i really should have:

i'm raising the price of my kits from $24 to $28. for now, the prices will stay at $24, but starting march 1, 2022, the prices will increase to $28. so don't worry! you've still got plenty of time to grab the kits at their current, lower price.
(all sale/last chance items, pre-printed patterns, and stitch club will remain the same for now.)

in the coming months, i've also got MORE improvements on the way! mainly, i've redesigned my kit boxes with some updated branding and better design (and less plastic) and i am excited to show you!
