stockist spotlight :: echoview fiber mill

i'm so fortunate to have some amazing wholesale partnerships. they are an important part of my business, not only because they help spread my "slow down, get cozy, get crafty" message to their customers, but because their shops have such a positive financial and creative impact on their communities. there's a wonderful ripple effect that happens when you buy locally and shop small: everyone grows, everyone wins, creativity thrives.

today i'm featuring a shop that's part of my community, right here in WNC, echoview fiber mill. in their words:

"Echoview Fiber Mill is a yarn store, spinning mill, knitting operation, and design house based in Weaverville, NC. They make exceptionally high quality and beautifully designed home goods, accessories, and craft knitting and weaving yarns using natural fibers like wool, alpaca, silk, mohair, and organic cotton. They are textile lovers, designers, and total creatures of comfort. Echoview's work reflects who they are in a style that is both simple and modern. Their facility is a Gold LEED-certified building, so sustainability is literally at the foundation of everything they do and is taken into account in each decision made. The fiber mill is open throughout the week and they have free tours on Fridays at 1 pm where you can learn about fiber processing and how they support local farmers and make all of the yarns sold at Echoview.

Echoview embraces an age where community means something deeply local, while also involving people all over the globe who share an interest and passion for the beauty of handmade products and the stories of how they are made. They are just 15 minutes outside of downtown Asheville, with a brick and mortar store open to the public. It is a beautiful and welcoming place and a hub of creativity. They love customers to come and bring their craft projects to work on at the mill and sit with others on the comfy couches! They have many craft gatherings and classes for our locals as well as an online store where those who live far away can learn about Echoview and are still able to see and purchase products via the website. They hope you will come and visit either in person or via another source online. They look forward to connecting with you.

We offer a 10% discount for anyone who visits our store and checks in on Yelp or leaves us a Google or Facebook review!"
